As the season gets closer and closer, WCV football will be playing in a scrimmage tonight against Madrid. Head football coach Jim Lindsay talked with me about how the team will treat the scrimmage.

Lindsay had this to say, “We’re going to treat this like a regular game week in which we do not have a JV game. It’s going to be a regular game week for us.” Coach Lindsay would go on to talk about why the Wildcats are participating in the scrimmage. “We gotta practice our pregame practice. Practice going on the road. That’s why we do these scrimmages. Just so everybody knows what’s going on when the time comes for real.

WCV will in fact be on the road for their matchup with Madrid. The scrimmage will kickoff at 7pm.
