1:59am: A deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Gallup Road. Jessica Duong 29 of Jefferson was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 2nd offense, criminal mischief 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle without owners’ consent, driving while license denied or revoked, and open container.

3:05am: Jessica Duong 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 2nd offense, criminal mischief 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle without owners’ consent, driving while license denied or revoked, and open container.

9:33am: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 600 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

9:41am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

11:39am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1700 block of F Avenue.

12:30pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of Mark Burgart 44 of Jefferson and Toshina Taylor 39 of Jefferson for a violation of a protective order.

2:32pm: Mark Burgart 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a protective order.

2:35pm: Toshina Taylor 39 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a protective order.

2:51pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Harding Street, Churdan.

4:09pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a high-speed pursuit on North Elm Street. William Magneson 26 of Bagley was arrested for Eluding 25 mph over the speed limit 2nd offense, reckless driving, and interference with official acts. A deputy investigated that accident from the law enforcement maneuvers to stop the pursuit.

4:43pm: A deputy investigated a runaway child in the 1000 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

7:20pm: William Magneson 26 of Bagley was booked into the jail for Eluding 25 mph over the speed limit  2nd offense, reckless driving, and interference with official acts.

8:18pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 100 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

9:23pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 500 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.

Friday, August 13th

12:19am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 130th Street and Q Avenue.

12:34am: A deputy and Churdan Fire responded to a grass fire in the 100 block of 120th Street.

4:59pm: A deputy assisted with an alarm in the 700 block of West Washington Street, Jefferson.

6:54pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a complaint of kids climbing into the elementary school in the 400 block of East Russell Street, Jefferson.

8:09pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

8:32pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 2300 block of 170th Street.

Saturday, August 14th

10:49am: A deputy investigated a littering complaint in the 200 block of 2nd Street, Rippey.

2:45pm: A deputy assisted the Perry Police Department with locating a juvenile in Rippey.

3:17 pm a deputy investigated a dog bite in the 2300 block of 290 th Street.

10:52pm: A deputy assisted the Carroll County Sheriff’ s Office with a pursuit that was heading towards Greene County from Coon Rapids. The motorcycle was not located.

11:51pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street and W Avenue.

Sunday, August 15th

9:02am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop in the 1500 block of North Elm Street. Andre Furnace 36 of Texas was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:31am: Andre Furnace 36 of Texas was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:46pm: A deputy investigated an object on the roadway on S Avenue near 170th Street.

3:19pm: A deputy, Rippey Fire, and Grand Junction Fire responded to a bailer fire that spread to CRP ground.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
