Aug 5:

Arrest: April Dale Channell, age 39, 516 Clearview Drive, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Arrest: Geoffrey Laverne McBurney, age 34, 1014 2nd St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Aug 6:

Arrest: Jese Dean Siglin, age 34, 208 Lucinda, Perry was taken into custody and charged with harassment 3rd degree.

Aug 7

Accident: Unit one white 2008 Ford F350 pick up registered to and driven by Michael Anthony McAlister, 2121 150th St., Bayard. Unit 2 blue 2017 Chevrolet Traverse registered to and driven by Spencer Jo Edmondson, 1421 NW 90th Court, Clive. Unit 1 was in the turning lane heading southbound on 1st Ave at highway 141. Vehicle 2 was also heading southbound in the outside lane, Unit 1 did not realize it was just and turn lane only and struck vehicle 2 in the front driver’s side door. Total estimated damages $1200. Driver of unit 1 cited for improper use of lanes.

Arrest: Zakary William Olsen, age 22,620 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant for failure to appear, original charge traffic offenses. 

Aug 9: Arrest: Russell Lee Gardner, age 46, 211 E lane St., Panora, was taken into custody and charged with driving while barred and providing false information to law / public service officer.
