Sierra Graham, age 18, 303 N Division St, Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
Willow Kern, Jamaica, IA, was driving west on 240th Street at W Ave when Drew Bissell, Grimes, pulled out in front of her. Ms. Kern was not able to stop and struck Mr. Bissell’s vehicle. Both drivers were checked out by EMS for minor injuries. No one was transported to a hospital. Both vehicles received approximately $8000 in damage and both had to be towed from the scene. Mr. Bissell was cited for Fail To Obey Stop Sign and Yield Right Of Way.
Autumn Wood, age 18, 26 River Vista Dr, Adel, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence. She was also cited for Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway.
Aug. 7
Zakary Olsen, age 22, 620 Willis Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
Cody Roth, age 33, 317 E. Wood Street, Polk City, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Parole.
Dwayne Portwood, age 33, 1116 E. 12th St, Des Moines, was arrested for Stalking – Violation Of Protective Order and 2 counts of Contempt – Violation of No Contact/Protective Order.
Alan Ward-well, age 36, 904 Randolph St, Des Moines, was arrested for Theft 2nd Degree and Trespass 1st offense.
Aug. 8
Delores Davis, Adel, was driving in the 17000 block of Hwy 6 when she struck an unidentified animal. There were no injuries reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2000.
Payton Jacobe, Adair, was traveling north on old Hwy 6 when Rusty Stark, Stuart, pulled out from a stop sign in front of him. Mr. Jacobe swerved to avoid a collision and ended up entering the ditch. There were no injuries reported. Mr. Jacobe had approximately $2000 damage and will have the vehicle privately towed. Mr. Stark had no damage to his vehicle. Mr. Stark was cited for Failure To Yield Upon Entering A Highway.
Chad Menz, age 40, 1508 Evelyn St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
