The Dallas Center – Grimes Mustangs will be having their first practice of the 2021 season today, as they will be looking to continue their proud tradition on the gridiron. They will be participating in 4A district 6 competition, and have a challenging schedule ahead of them.

DCG will have a good non-conference schedule, as they will start the season on the road at North Polk, before home games against Bondurant-Farrar and Johnston, before finishing that portion of the schedule on the road against Norwalk.

The Mustangs will have their first two district games at home, opening up against Winterset and Council Bluffs, Thomas Jefferson. They will then play two straight on the road against Des Moines, Hoover and Lewis Central, before concluding the season at home against Glenwood.

The Mustangs are coming off of a good 2020 season, and hope to duplicate the same in the 2021 year.
