A reminder for all classic and modern vehicles has an opportunity to be shown off today in Grand Junction.

The Grand Junction Lions Club is having its 8th Annual Show and Shine Show today at the city park. Registrations will take place starting at 9am, with the show from 11am-2pm, and awards will follow at 2. There will be several awards, including best, truck, tractor, motorcycle, and Ford, Chevrolet and Mopar cars; along with Lions Club and People’s Choices and Best of Show. The winners of each category will receive a trophy and there will be door prizes given away.

Lions Club Secretary Terry Hoefle points out there will also be a food truck from Ames serving a variety of food for participants and attendees. The event is free to register as well as attend and no pre-registration is necessary.
