For those who are interested in learning more about snakes, an activity has returned in Dallas County. 

At the Forest Park Museum Visitor’s Center, staff will be feeding snakes every Monday at 10 a.m. at the museum in Perry.  

There are also other animals for people to see including various fish, a tiger salamander and a turtle. There are also drawers of snakeskin and turtle items.  

Admission to the Forest Park Museum is free and it is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the week and 1-4 p.m. on the weekends.
