9:51am: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 1000 of 215th Street.

12:16pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 1600 block of 305th Street.

5:54pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1000 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

6:45pm: A deputy arrested Sarah McBurney 39 of Fort Dodge for a theft 3rd degree arrest warrant.

8:30pm: Sarah McBurney 39 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for theft 3rd degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
