A Rippey man was arrested as part of an ongoing drug network investigation.
According to court documents, an investigation started with a traffic stop on September 6, 2020 where the driver, Michael Eastman, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of marijuana and methamphetamine, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the investigation, a drug network was uncovered, with four tiers of individuals in a hierarchy system. Authorities recently arrested 28-year-old Zachary Flinn of Rippey this past Friday, as part of the network. He was charged with two Class B Felonies for ongoing criminal conduct – influence enterprise and a controlled substance violation, along with a Class D Felony for his third or subsequent offense for a controlled substance violation.
He was booked and remains in the Greene County Jail under a $55,000 cash or surety bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
