The Fourth of July holiday weekend is officially here, and that means plenty of fun activities for Dallas County residents to take part in. 

An event is taking place today in Minburn with theMeet Me in Minburn concert y from 7-9 p.m. and the parade will begin at 9 a.m. tomorrow. There will also be games throughout the day tomorrow at Rogers and Meek parks, and bean bags at Mudders. There will also be free skating at the Skate Shack from 1-4 p.m. tomorrow. A fireworks display will finish the day off tomorrow. 

There will also be a wide array of activities in Perry taking place tomorrow, including the parade beginning at 11:30 a.m.and there will also be vendors in Pattee Park throughout the day. The fireworks will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. There will also be live music by Stranger Than Fiction at 6 p.m. tomorrow in the Pattee Park Bandshell.
