As the nation celebrates Independence Day, many offices and businesses will be closed Monday to observe the holiday in Guthrie County. 

The Guthrie County Courthouse, Guthrie County Extension Office and the City Hall offices of Guthrie Center, Pandora and Stuart will be closed Monday. Guthrie Center’s Mary J. Barrett Memorial Library and the Panora Public Library are both closed Monday. The Stuart Library will be closed Saturday and Monday. Additionally, all post offices will be closed Monday.
