A Rippey man had a stalking case dismissed from an incident that occurred in June of last year. 

According to court documents, 46-year-old Scott Robert Hansen had charges of a Class D Felony for stalking-violation of a protective order, and a simple misdemeanor for interference with official acts that were dismissed after an incident that occurred in June of last year. 

Hansen was arrested in June of last year on warrants out of Dallas County.
