8:04am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 100 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

8:31am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in Dana.

10:52am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on J Avenue near 237 th Street. Lance Dzuris 41 of Jefferson was North bound on J Avenue in a tractor with an implement going through a narrow bridge. Tracy Stanek 51 was south bound and entered the bridge in a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. The mirror of the Chevrolet hit the implement breaking the mirror. The estimated damage was around 500 dollars to the Chevrolet. The tractor and implement were not damaged.

5:46pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 100 block of 1st Street, Rippey.

6:58pm: A deputy investigated a strong chemical smell in the 1500 block of Neola Avenue.

10:18pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of fireworks near 11th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
