June 19
Jay Holmes, Perry, was traveling on Hwy 141 when a deer entered the roadway. He swerved and rolled his vehicle into the ditch. The vehicle sustained an estimated $7000 in damage. It was towed from the scene.
June 20
Kamal Ismael, Clarkston,Ga, was driving westbound on I80 near mile marker 100, when he failed to navigate a turn due to heavy rain causing visibility issues. He went into the ditch causing damage to the tractor/trailer and cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $12000.
Luis Clyce, age 49, 903 Vine St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Assault.
Agustin Flores Zuniga, age 29, 311 Willis Ave, Perry, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence – 1st Offense. He was also cited for Speeding and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.
Matthew J. Kilts, age 41, 2014 Warford, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
