Tickets are now on sale for an upcoming fundraiser in support of the Greene County School District.

The Bringing Optimism and Opportunities to Teachers and Students (BOOST) of Greene County will be hosting its 4th Annual BOOST Bash fundraiser on July 24th at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds. Along with a change of venue is how seating will take place during the event. 

Only those who register for a table of eight will have assigned seating and individual tickets can seat themselves. This is due to the comfortability of those who attend, as well as keeping to proper social distancing guidelines. A reserved table of eight is $240 and a single ticket is $30. Other options include being a sponsor for a teacher admission, which is $30, and there is a space on the registration form to make a simple monetary donation.

The event itself will begin with the doors opening at 5pm and dinner to be served at 6:30. The live and silent auctions will follow the meal, and when you select your ticket, you can choose either a gluten-free option or a vegetarian meal as well. Over the past three years, BOOST has given away $170,000 as ongoing support to Greene County School District teachers, staff and students for classroom materials and other educational opportunities.
