After a successful opening weekend in May of baseball on the newly renovated ballfield in Rippey, more games are scheduled for the rest of the summer.

The Mid-Iowa Baseball League has announced ten dates from June through August, with all games to be played on the Walt Anderson field in Rippey. The kick-off game is scheduled for tonight at 7:30pm, featuring the Heat and the Thunder from the 30+ Mid Iowa Baseball League. Other games will include teams from 18+ division, 40+ and 48+ Bill Hyland divisions. 

The Friends of Rippey will also sell concessions, with proceeds to be used for continuing updates to the field and its facilities. See the schedule below for the full list of games.
