WCV Baseball added their second win of the season Thursday night.

The Wildcats took on the Pleasantville Trojans in a double-header in Pleasantville. The first game was a victory for the Trojans. They took an early 1-0 lead after the 1st inning and never lost the lead. They were also helped by a three run 3rd inning. The final score was 5-1.

WCV showed a lot of resiliency in the double-header. The Wildcats managed to pick up a win in the second game. WCV fell behind after the 1st inning 1-0. However a two run 4th inning was enough to lift the Wildcats past the Trojans in game two, 2-1.

The Wildcats will have some time off before their next game. They’ll be at home against Madrid Monday with first pitch at 5PM.
