The Perry Chamber of Commerce announced a couple of check presentation events for the recent Grocery Bill Roundup fundraiser. 

The Grocery Bill Roundup for the Fourth of July Celebration fireworks drive is officially wrapped up and the checks will be presented today at 11 a.m. at Fareway and tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Hy-Vee. 

Customers participated in rounding their grocery total up to the nearest dollar for a total of nine days starting May 21st until May 31st for Fareway and May 23rd to May 31st for Hy-Vee with all of the money raised going toward the Fourth of July celebration in Perry.

The amount of money that was raised and the number of transactions for the Grocery Bill Roundup will be announced at a later date.
