The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider for approval a resolution to award a contract for the secondary roads department, followed by considering approval to assign county held tax sale certificates for a parcel of land. Then at 10am will be a public hearing for a budget amendment for the current fiscal year and consider adopting the budget amendment resolution following the hearing.

Additionally, the Board will consider approving a resolution for a purchase agreement for general obligation refunding bonds and authorize prepayment of outstanding bonds. They will also consider approving a tax increment financing payment, a Diamondhead Sanitary District Bond payment, and a law enforcement center bond payment. Finally, the Board will consider a bid contractor for facilities projects and potential change orders for the law enforcement center project.

The meeting will be held at 9am in person and electronically from the boardroom in the courthouse.
