A Greene County High School graduating senior received another scholarship from Raccoon Valley Radio.

Senior Makala Kafer was selected as one of the recipients for the Raccoon Valley Radio Business and Broadcasting Scholarship. Kafer is planning to pursue a career in mass communication and broadcasting journalism at Iowa State University. Last week, the other recipient of this scholarship went to 2021 Adair-Casey-Guthrie Center High School senior Audrey Stowe.

This scholarship goes to graduating high school seniors to receive a $250 scholarship to attend a two-year college or a four-year university for education in business or communications.
