The Perry City Council approved a fireworks permit for J and M Displays at their regular meeting Monday. 

 Also, the Council heard a report from the Ad Hoc Firework Committee, approved the proposal to enter into a sewer loan and disbursement agreement that will go on to help with the wastewater treatment facility improvement project. 

Finally, the Council approved a public hearing date of June 7th at 6 p.m. for a fiscal year 2021 budget amendment, approved the lease agreement for Caboose Park Concessions, approved an SRF application and authorizing submittal and approved the support of Des Moines Area Community College in their College Access Network Grant Application.
