Yareli C. Avila, age 32, 415 Pine Ave, Norwalk, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Possession Of Controlled Substance.
Devan L. Stillmunkes, age 25, 1380 SE Florence Dr, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence – 3rd Offense and Driving While Barred.

Jeffrey L. Boldt, age 62, 212 Timberline Road, Carroll, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence – 1st Offense. He was also cited for Open Container and Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway.
Marvin E. Sarseno, 19, 1814 Estella St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.
A 3 vehicle accident occurred at R Ave and Hwy 6. Michelle Nizzi, Dexter, stopped before the bike path crossing to allow a child to cross. Daisy Rivera Rodriguez, Perry, stopped behind Nizzi. Devin Roach, Des Moines, did not stop and hit Rivera Rodriguez, which hit Nizzi’s car. There were no injuries to any occupants. Damage to Nizzi’s car was estimated at $1500. Damage to Rivera Rodriguez’s car was estimated at $5000. Damage to Roach’s car was estimated at $8000. Roach was cited for No Valid driver’s License and Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.
Shawn Bebout, Perry was traveling eastbound in the 25000 block of 130th Street, when she hit a deer. Damage was estimated at $7000 and no injuries were reported.

Noah M. Regalado, age 21, 3272 W. 3800 S, West Valley, UT, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.
Joel E. Brenner, age 61, Madrid, was arrested for Burglary 3rd Degree, Trespass 1st Offense and Violation Of No Contact Order.
Tracci N. Llamas, age 28, 1071 Maple Leaf Lane, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Malicious Prosecution.
Jake P. Brown, age 30, 2301 2nd Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Parole.
Stephen Sullivan, Winterset, was traveling northbound in the 36000 block of Hwy 169 when he hit a deer. Damage was estimated at $7000.
Morgan Terry, Ankeny, was traveling eastbound on Hwy 141 at Quinlan Ave when Darlene Onken pulled out from the stop sign in front of Ms. Terry. Damage to Ms. Terry’s vehicle was estimated at $6000. Damage to Ms. Onken’s vehicle was estimated at $8000. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Ms. Terry was transported to in a personal vehicle to Mercy Main. Ms. Onken and her passenger were taken to Dallas Co. Hospital for evaluation of injuries.
