The WCV Girls Track team competed in their last meet of the regular season. They were up against seven other schools in the Martensdale-St. Mary’s High School Invitational.

The Wildcats finished seventh in the meet. Despite their place, they still had great individual performances. Tasha Williams continued to have another great day for WCV. She finished third in the 100M dash (13.43) and second in the 200M dash. Freshman Chasey Rowan came in first in the 3200M dash (12:07.68). Senior Grace Hammond led the girls in the throwing category. She was first in the Shot Put and second in the Discus.

This was the final meet for the Wildcats ahead of Districts taking place later this week.
