ADM Tigers boys and girls track and field has their conference events on Thursday with both teams competing at Bondurant-Farrar as the Tigers were able to find some success during the event. The girls were able to win the conference with a team total of 121 points, and the boys were able to finish second with a mark of 168.5 team points.

On the girls side, they were able to put together a strong showing as junior Olivia Tollari was able to win the long jump with a distance of 17-5. Tollari was able to put up a ton of points for the Tigers as she put up 31 on the day, sophomore Geneva Timmerman was able to put up 18, junior Kirsten Kilker put up 11, and Ella Grossman was able to put up 10. The Tigers were able to put up a lot of top three appearances across the board to help get the team championship.

The boys were lead by senior Nate Mueller who won the 800 meter race with a time of 2 minutes 2 seconds, the 1600 meter run with a time of 4 minutes 29 seconds, and the 3200 meter run with a mark of 10 minutes 6 seconds. The Tiger 4×200 meter relay team got the win with a mark of 1 minute 33 seconds and the 4×400 meter team with a time of 3 minutes 27 seconds. Three other relay teams also got first with the 4×800 meter team getting a time of 8 minutes 28 seconds, the 800 sprint medley relay at a mark of 1 minute 37 seconds, and the 1600 distance medley relay a time of 3 minutes 45 seconds.

The Tigers will have their next event next week with districts, as teams and athletes will be looking to qualify for the state meet, which will be happening the week after.
