3:16am: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 300 block of South Park Street, Paton.

12:00pm: A deputy arrested Johnathan Kennedy 33 of Carroll for an arrest warrant for failure to appear and violation of pretrial release.

1:20pm: Johnathan Kennedy 33 of Carroll was booked into the jail for a pretrial release violation and failure to appear.

1:20pm: A deputy arrested Jason Pirie 39 of Callender for arrested warrants for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of a controlled substance marijuana 2nd offense.

3:00pm: Jason Pirie 39 of Callender was booked into the jail possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of a controlled substance marijuana 2nd offense.

4:16pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a child custody issue in the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, Jefferson.

6:25pm: A deputy assisted a person who was having a bad day and needed to vent in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

10:54pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 220th Street near X Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
