A Perry man was arrested by the Perry Police Department following an incident Friday night. 

Sergio Antonio Olvera, 26, of Perry was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, a Class B Felony, willful injury, a Class D Felony, violation of a no contact order and driving while barred after an alleged incident in Perry last night.

Olvera is currently in the Dallas County Jail on a $37,000 cash or surety bond.
