Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers track and field competed in tough conditions on Thursday night, but were able to still put up some decent numbers as the boys team finished second overall and the girls team finished third.
For both of the teams, they fought hard throughout the day and were able to find some first place finishes throughout on both sides, with Lucus Ray able to win the long jump on the boys side at 20-1, while Brevin Doll was able to get a second place finish in the 400 meter dash with a time of 54 seconds.
On the girls side, Kirsten Kilker was able to win the discus once again as she put up a distance of 103-06. Olivia Tollari was able to finish second in the long jump at 16-00.
Both of the teams will be continuing on their busy week on Saturday when they travel to Iowa City to compete in a big relay against schools from all over the state of Iowa.
