A Radcliffe man faces felony charges for a series of incidents in Greene County.
According to court documents, 57-year-old Paul Waugh was arrested on April 5th and faces charges of a Class B Felony for ongoing criminal conduct, a Class C Felony for first-degree theft, and a Class D Felony for dependent adult abuse exploitation over $100.
According to an affidavit, Criminal Investigator for Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Kyle Paxton reported that Waugh was the power of attorney for his father who was living at a long term care facility in Greene County. Court documents show that as Waugh was handling his father’s finances, he allegedly spent $18,140 on himself instead of paying nursing home bills. The crime was committed between April 4, 2018 and March 25, 2019.
Waugh was booked and released under his own recognizance from the Greene County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
