A mobile medical unit from the Central Iowa Department of Veterans Affairs will be in Adel next week. 

Dallas County veterans can schedule appointments with their VA healthcare provider in a secure and private environment in the Virtual Medical Room with the Central Iowa VA Virtual Health, which provides a variety of services. 

Those services include, primary care, respiratory, oncology, cardiology, tele-wound, teledermatology, urology, mental health, nutrition, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, lab draws and some immunizations. 

There will be walk-in options available for tele-eligibility, blood pressure checks, battlefield acupuncture, home telehealth screening/enrollment scheduling, live telehealth scheduling and My HealtheVet enrollment.
