A reminder that there are a couple of opportunities today for Greene County and surrounding residents to take in some Easter-themed events.
The Churdan Library is hosting an Easter Parade from 9:30-10:30am behind the library. Attendees can enter from the east and travel west to receive a sack full of Easter goodies. Additionally, everyone who participates will have a chance to win a special Easter surprise. The event is free and open to the public.
Grand Junction Fire and Rescue is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt later today. The event will take place at 1pm at the old school yard in Grand Junction. There will be different age groups including, 1-3 year olds, 4-6 years olds, and 7-9 year olds. Registrations and check-ins will be from 12:30-12:45pm. No pre-registration is necessary for the free event.
