Today would’ve been the first track meet of the year for West Central Valley. Unfortunately, the Wildcats hit another road block. The meet has officially been cancelled.

No reason for the cancellation has been confirmed yet. It could be inclement weather or COVID-19 concerns. Whatever the case may be, the Early Bird Meet will not be taking place today.

There’s also no word if this meet will be made up at a later date. As of right now the Wildcats season won’t start until April 5 for the girls. They’ll be at Nodaway Valley. The boys won’t start until April 6. They’ll be at Panorama.
