The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will consider approving an Adopt a Roadway application for the River Oaks Homeowners Association at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

Also, the Board will hold public hearings for the five year road construction program, final plat of Westwood Oaks plat 3 and proposed amendments to the local option sales and services tax. Also, the Board will consider approving multiple items on the law enforcement center. 

Finally, the Board will set a time and date for a public hearing for the EMS I Am Responding contract renewal, discuss the courthouse exterior inspection report, and the family first coronavirus response policy. 

The meeting will end in a possible closed session to discuss pending litigation. The Board will recess until 7 p.m. when they consider approving the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget. 

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room in Adel.
