Tuesday, March 16th

10:13am: The Greene County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Jefferson Police Department conducted a search warrant at 205 North Locust Street, Jefferson. Suspected methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia were located. Charges pending lab results.

11:20am: The Greene County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Jefferson Police Department conducted a search warrant at 204 North Maple Street, Jefferson. Suspected marijuana, methamphetamine, prescription drugs, and drug paraphernalia were located. Sean Shell 45 of Jefferson was arrested for a controlled substance violation, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, unlawful possession of prescription medication, and possession of drug paraphernalia. More Charges are pending lab results.

2:44pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of mud and manure on the roadway on W Avenue near 250th Street.

3:36pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint In the 900 block of Jay Street, Churdan.

4:30pm: Sean Shell 45 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a controlled substance violation, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, unlawful possession of prescription medication, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:09pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a trespass complaint in the 500 block of North Olive Street.

7:34pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 100 block of North Olive Street, Jefferson.

8:18pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

10:37pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on Grimmell Road near 220th Street. The driver Nellie Petterson 40 of Jefferson was arrested for an arrest warrant out of Webster County for failure to appear.

Wednesday. March 17th

12:03am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1400 block of 265th Street.

12:48am: Nellie Petterson 40 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a Webster County arrest warrant for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
