The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tiger’s girls soccer program is one that has had a strong tradition for many years, and hope that they can continue that tradition with the upcoming 2020-21 athletic season.

The Tigers have had double figure wins every year since at least 2011, traditionally being a power in Central Iowa. That includes a record from 2016-19 that has seen the Tigers go 71-8, and also found some trips to the state tournament as well. The Tigers were projected to have a great team for the 2020 year, but unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to compete due to Covid-19.

The Tigers hired a new coach for the 2021 season in Jeff Abbas, but is one that has been apart of the tradition being an assistant soccer coach since 2010. The Tigers will have some players on the roster that were talented underclassmen and now will be leaders on the roster, while also have some new faces in the mix as well.

The ADM girls team will have their first practice of the season next Monday on March 22nd and will have their first scheduled match of the season on Monday April 12th when they take on the Tigers of Gilbert.
