The Perry City Council approved the budget for fiscal year 2022 at their regular meeting Monday.

Also, the Council approved amendments to the loan agreements for Maxwell Hospitality, a development agreement with Perry Economic Development, an insurance agreement for Hotel Pattee, La Poste and related properties and a request for proposals of the on-site solar PV system services.

Finally, the Council approved a new tree board, water board of trustees and parks and recreation advisory board members, the airport commission, an impact7G research grant application, emergency repairs to the security bank building and setting a time and date for a public hearing on the proposed lease agreement with Interstate Power and Light Company.
