ADM Track and Field boys and girls have officially got one meet under their belt, as both participated in the Dickinson Relays in Cedar Falls this last week.

Both of these programs have tremendous athletes and talent as they continue to get key reps. Obviously they will be looking to put up their best results during the late April and May timeline, but the first results of the seasons are definitely encouraging for the Tigers. The key for the Tigers will be to be happy with their first results of the season, but not satisfied for the long run, and making sure that they see improvement on a day by day basis.

Both teams will be continuing practices and will also be bracing for no school next week due to spring break, as the Tigers will be looking for great performances in their next meet at Central College which will occur next Friday.
