Jacob Markus Carter, age 31 of 2964 Mallard A e., Lorimor, IA., was arrested at 1100 Greene St., De Soto for OWI and open container.

Tyler Zuber of Perry was traveling east on Highway 44 when another vehicle driven by Jesus Gutierrez Salazar of Waukee traveling west on Highway 22 slowly turned south in front of Zuber causing the accident.  The two backseat passengers in Zuber’s vehicle sustained minor injuries, both were transported to Methodist Main. Gutierrez Salazar was cited for failure to yield upon left turn and no valid driver’s license.

Vanity M Wells, age 28 of 178 Carriage Ln., Sauk Village, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for theft.

March 9, 2021

Brandon Lee Ferguson, age 22 of 2516 Perry Park Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license under suspension.
