A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a February bank robbery in Scranton.

According to Greene County Sheriff Jack Williams, authorities arrested 26-year-old Tyler Mattingly of Carroll at 12:21pm Wednesday. Mattingly has been charged with a Class B Felony for aiding and abetting robbery in the first degree and a Class C Felony for first-degree theft. Mattingly is the second suspect that authorities have found played a role in the Thursday, February 25th incident at Peoples Bank in Scranton. Mattingly was booked and remains in the Greene County Jail.

Twenty-seven-year-old Zachary Michael Anderson Wailes of Fort Dodge was arrested Saturday, February 27th and charged with a Class B Felony for first degree robbery and a Class C Felony for first degree theft. The robbery incident occurred at 10:37am Thursday, February 25th when Wailes allegedly entered the bank with a handgun in the pocket of his hooded sweatshirt and fled in a vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash. Sheriff Williams said no one was hurt in the incident.
