Greene County residents that are enrolled in medical or osteopathic school have an opportunity to apply for a scholarship to continue their education.
The St. Anthony Regional Hospital and the St. Anthony Foundation is accepting scholarship applications that range up to $5,000. This new scholarship must be used for tuition, books or equipment. Eligible individuals must already be enrolled full-time in an accredited medical or osteopathic school with preference given to those who demonstrate an interest in practicing in Iowa, following graduation, especially in a rural setting. Other criteria includes academic achievement and leadership qualities.
