With the winter sports season wrapping up and restrictions relaxing on spectators, West Central Valley Athletic Director David Doely is hoping to see a bit more normal out of the spring season.
He says with outdoor complexes, social distancing should be a bit easier.
“Most stadiums or outdoor complexes have more room in general for seating. I would imagine that things will relax a little bit and we can get back to some normalcy. The atmosphere itself as far as being more spaced out and being outdoors should play right into the hand as COVID shuts down. We look forward to it. I’m anxious to see obviously as the golf coach how different things will go with that.”
Practices for track season begin Monday. Practices for boys golf, soccer and tennis begin March 15. Girls soccer practice starts March 22.
