Greene County military veterans can sign-up for the next round of COVID-19 vaccines.

Greene County Veterans Affairs Director Michael Bierl says veterans who have access to VA health care and are 65 and older can contact him to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine at the Carroll VA Hospital for tomorrow and Saturday. He adds that there are no other stipulations for veterans wanting to get a vaccine. 

Bierl says those needing a ride can ask about that when they contact him to get registered. Bierl’s office is inside the Greene County Courthouse in Jefferson and his number is 515-386-5673.
