Feb 22: Arrest: Scott Ryan Hall, age 46, 1920 Evelyn, Perry was taken into custody and charged with drug trafficking (methamphetamine) possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of failure to affix tax stamp. 

Received a report of harassment in the 2300 block of Warford. Case under investigation. 

Received report of a violation of a protective order in the 2300 block of Warford. Case under 

investigation, 

A 16 year old male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with two counts of burglary 3rd degree.
