Thursday, February 18th

3:39am: Ora Stevens reported a Suspicious Male removing a bicycle off of a porch and riding away in the 200 Block of West Adams Street. The officer did not locate the subject.

8:45am: Harry Silbaugh reported receiving a possible Scam Phone Call. After answering his phone, a female asked to speak to Harry. The caller then hung up. He called the number back and spoke to a different subject, who advised they had not called him and did not know what he was talking about. He felt this was a possible scam of some kind. He did not give out any information.

10:01am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street.

9:24pm: A caller advised of a Stray Dog in the 500 Block of West Russell Street. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding Facility.
