The City of Stuart recently filed their audit report from the 2020 fiscal year released on the State Auditor’s website.

The receipts from the report were just over $6.75 million, a 10-percent increase from the previous year.  Disbursements were just over $5 million, a 25-percent decrease from the previous year. The increase in receipts were primarily due to bond issues during the fiscal year. The decrease in disbursements were caused by a decrease in capital project costs.
