With the major events with the Bike Ride to Rippey and Chocolate Walk making their way through Perry in February, the Perry Chamber has plenty more coming up in 2021.

It may be hard to believe but Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says fundraising for fireworks is right around the corner. Even though it’s cold and snowy outside the Chamber is looking ahead to warmer temperatures.

“In March we will be gearing up for 4th of July fireworks already with the Big Boom Bracket Battle which we introduced to the community last year as a fundraiser for the fireworks and so we will be getting that going in March and moving right on through for spring activities and events.”

Pasutti notes the Chamber will continue to feel out how comfortable people are going to be with in-person events moving forward which would include the annual dinner which Pasutti says is still up in the air.

“We are looking ahead, getting through the spring and into the summer so you know already looking at Friday Fest and 4th of July and the farmer’s market and things like that.”

Pasutti notes this time of year has a little bit of a pause in events as the Chamber does its planning for upcoming events.
