Dallas Center – Grimes started their three game road trip this week with a game at Norwalk on Tuesday, and both the boys and the girls were able to get victories.

The girls were able to get a victory 54-42, with the Fillies continuing their great season and moving to 16-2 overall. After a 13-13 score after the first quarter, the road team was able to put up seventeen points in the frame and take an 11 points lead into halftime, one that would never give up in a solid road victory.

On the boys side, they were able to win 77-64 in a high back and forth scoring affair before the Mustangs were able to grab the victory. They were able to move to 14-2 on the season and are now 10-2 in Little Hawkeye Conference play.

Move teams return to the court on Thursday when they travel to take on Grinnell.
