The Perry City Council approved a contract with Region XII Council of Governments for administrative services for the Community Development Block Grant for the water and sewer project at their regular meeting Monday. 

Also, the Council approved an amendment to the professional services agreement with Bolton and Menk for the wastewater treatment facility improvements. Due to changes in the scope and design of the project and construction for the improvements the amendment dealt with adding $200,00o to the cost of predesign and design phase services and $330,000 to the cost of the construction phase services.
