With 2020 almost in the rearview mirror, the City of Perry hopes to take more steps toward diversifying housing in 2021.
City Administrator Sven Peterson is hoping to continue building diversified housing including housing such as apartments and single-family housing next year. He believes that by focusing on this initiative, it will attract new residents along with other businesses.
“I think we are doing a really good job of working with all of our partners in town to address all of the issues that we need to address to be able to build a strong business ecosystem and help support our businesses as well as getting some things done to help attract home building and new residents into the community.”
Peterson says the City looks forward to releasing and unveiling a new branding initiative in the future.
