Christmas is almost here and there are still more Sounds of the Season to be heard on the Raccoon Valley Radio Network. 

The Holiday Music Magazine will be running on 98.9FM KGRA, 107.9FM KKRF, and 1310AM and 99.7FM KDLS today from 1-10 p.m. and tomorrow from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Raccoon Valley Radio General Manager John McGee says this is a good opportunity for people to hear the sounds of holiday cheer.

“It just kind of wraps up the year. It kind of puts it all together and helps us realize how much we all are interdependent on each other and how much, the holidays especially, we all have a lot to be thankful for both from a business community but also in our own personal lives.”

News and sports will only air until 1 p.m. today and there will be no news or sports tomorrow.  However, should there be any breaking news anywhere in our listening area during the music magazines, we will interrupt them so you can get all the information first, fast, and accurately.

The Holiday Music Magazines will play on all three stations of the Raccoon Valley Radio Network, with different playlists for each. We will return to normal programming on Saturday, December 26th.
