Tuesday, December 22nd

7:37am: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 500 Block of Hickory Lane.

9:05am: Audrie Lawrence requested an officer at 708 West Harrison Street for a reported Domestic Situation. The officer arrived and spoke to a couple at the residence. Both parties advised of a Verbal Argument, with no physical assault.

9:49am: An officer is investigating a second reported Burglary at 900 West Harrison Street. The first event was reported on 12/20/2020. The residence was entered again and ransacked. The officer is investigating.

1:24pm: Check Coover reported an overnight Burglary to a garage at 102 South West Street. Tools and other items were missing from the garage. The officer is investigating.

2:22pm: The Sheriff spotted a wanted male at Casey’s, located at 508 North Elm Street. The male ran from the area and the sheriff chased him on foot. The male subject entered the residence at 409 North Maple Street. A male in the residence denied that the male had entered the residence. A short time later, the male walked out of the residence to officers. Ryan Douglas Patterson, 40 of Jefferson was placed in custody on numerous outstanding Jefferson Police Department Arrest Warrants. Gilbert James Montgomery, 64 of Jefferson was arrested by a deputy for, “Interference with Officials Acts – Simple.” During the event, Jefferson officers recovered stolen property from recent Jefferson burglaries. The investigation is on-going.

4:38pm: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 1000 Block of East Lincoln Way Street.

6:03pm: Kelsey Coffin reported an overnight Burglary to his vehicle that was parked at 303 North Pinet Street. Some of the missing items had been recovered earlier in the day by an officer. The officer is investigating.

8:24pm: An officer spoke to a mother and her juvenile daughter at the LEC. The pair reported concerns that a male adult was stalking the juvenile. The officer is investigating the report.
